Day 3:erg chagaga

After covering 60 km of off rood, we reach the dunes of Erg Chegaga-the amazing group of golden desert dunes stretching for 40 km and reaching a height of 300 meters. A cup of mint tea and some nuts are offered before you ride camels and sandboarding for an unforgettable tour to enjoy the sunset. Afterwards you have time for a shower and rest in your Privat tent. A traditional nomad dinner with music around fire and overnight accommodation in a well luxurious tent
Day 4: Lake Iriqui Foum Zguid
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxing morning and exploring the dunes by foot. Leave the camp and drive out of the desert in the opposite direction to how you arrived, i.e. north-west. Drive off-road across the desert for 90km to the town of Foum Zguid, via arguably some of the finest remote scenery in Morocco (including the vast dried salt flats, at Lake Iriqui, the imposing mountain ridges of the Jebel Bani and Madouar canyons, and acacia tree groves). You will also cross vast fossil beds, stopping to make a fossil hunt.
We’d suggest picnic lunch , to eat en-route, or take lunch at camp befoare setting off. Spend the night at Foum Zguid at Bab Rimal hotel.
DAY 5 - Erg Chegaga - Tazenakht- Essaouira
Departure in the morning after breakfast, we start our day by the vehicle along the old track of the Paris-Dakar rally, through the dried up salty lake of Iriki. We stop in a very old fossil place leaving the desert and sand dunes behind. Lunch in Taznakht, a famous Berber carpet town. Return to Essaouira via the high Atlas mountains towards evening
